Biography

Khagani Mammadov was born in 1976.

In 1998–1999, he was head of the Press Service at the Constitutional Court, and in 2000–2008, he served as head of the Court Decisions Enforcement Oversight Sector. In 2008–2010, he was a judge of the Yasamal District Court of Baku, and in 2010–2013, a judge of the Baku Court of Appeal.

Since 2013, he has been a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and since 2020, Chairman of the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court. In 2023, he was awarded the 3rd degree Order “For Service to the Motherland”.
