Biography
Nuru Nadir oglu Guliyev graduated from the Faculty of Law of Nakhchivan State University in 2000. In 2002–2003, he worked as an assistant lawyer at the "Biznes Servis Sentr LTD" enterprise; in 2004–2006, at the "Vneshekspert Servis" company; and in 2006–2010, as a lawyer at "Trans Qafqaz Transport" LLC.
In 2010–2017, he served as a judge of the Kapaz District Court of Ganja, and from 2017, he served as a judge of the Ganja Court of Appeal.
He was appointed Chairman of the Sheki Court of Appeal by an Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 26, 2026.
