When is the October pension paid in Azerbaijan?

The dates are announced by the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population. Early in the month the Fund gives the agencies a latest day, and the day before each payment the day itself; the Ministry's site announces it once paid. This page checks the Ministry's website and the agencies every 15 minutes during the day.

The 2027 increase has not been announced yet: the order usually comes in February.
Every 1 January pensions rise by the growth of the average monthly wage over the previous year, and pension capital by the consumer price index. The President's order is usually signed in February, and January's difference is paid with the February pension. In 2022 an extra one-off payment brought the average rise to 9%.

How is the pension paid?
Pensions go to a bank card and are withdrawn at a cash machine. When a pension is granted the card is ordered automatically and the pensioner gets a text message; the card is collected at the bank's branch or a DOST centre.
Why do Baku and the regions get paid on different days?
The Fund pays in turn: Baku, Sumgayit and the Absheron district first (Nakhchivan the same day or a few days earlier), the other regions and pensions granted on special terms 6–11 days later. The schedule itself is not published: the Fund gives a latest day early in the month and the exact day the day before.
When do pensions go up?
Pensions rise every 1 January; the order is usually signed in February and January's difference is added to the February pension. No application is needed. In 2026 the increase was 9.3%.
How is a pension calculated?
An old-age labour pension = pension capital ÷ 144 months, but never less than the minimum (320 ₼). It needs age 65 and 25 years of insurance, or capital of at least 46,080 ₼. A parent who raised five or more children, or a child with a disability, may retire at 60 on the terms of article 8 of the law. The law
How can I see my pension capital?
On my.gov.az and in the "mygov" app, the "Fərdi şəxsi hesab məlumatlarım" service shows your capital and "Pensiya kalkulyatoru" works out the pension it gives today. Sign in with ASAN İmza, SİMA or a password; the e-Sosial app closed on 1 May 2026. my.gov.az
Where do I get a pension certificate?
The "Pensiya təyinatı haqqında arayış" certificate is issued online on my.gov.az, and at DOST centres.
Does a working pensioner's pension grow?
Yes. A working pensioner is paid in full and the pension capital keeps growing. The pension is recalculated automatically on leaving work, or every 6 years of work.
