Why do the times shift?

European kick-offs are 18:45 and 21:00 local time. Baku is UTC+4 and does not observe summer time, so until late October that is 20:45 and 23:00 here. Once Europe returns to standard time on 25 October 2026 the same matches start an hour later, at 21:45 and 00:00. That is why the final round is 27 January in UEFA's calendar and 28 January on this page: in Baku it kicks off at midnight.
