Vali Asgar oglu Abdullayev

Vali Asgar oglu Abdullayev graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 1994. In 1994–1995, he worked as an investigator and district police officer at the Sadarak District Police Department, and in 1995–1996, as a senior inspector at the Sharur District Justice Police Group.

In 2000–2003, he was a judge of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and in 2003–2008, he served as chairman of the appellate chamber for criminal and administrative offence cases of that court. In 2008–2009, he was a judge of the Ganja Court of Appeal, and in 2009–2021, he served as chairman of the Kapaz District Court of Ganja.

He has been chairman of the Shirvan Court of Appeal since 2021. By an Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 26 May 2026, he was reappointed chairman of the Shirvan Court of Appeal.
