Chairman of the Sheki Court for Serious Crimes
Biography
Rafail Ayyub oglu Aliyev graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 1995. From 1997 to 2008, he worked as a leading specialist and chief specialist at the Barda Regional Department for State Registration of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice.
From 2008 to 2013, he was a judge of the Astara District Court, and from 2013 to 2018, a judge of the Sheki Court of Appeal. Since 2021, he has been Chairman of the Sheki Court for Serious Crimes.
By Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 26, 2026, he was reappointed Chairman of the Sheki Court for Serious Crimes.
