Biography
Imran Ramazan oglu Burcayev graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku Asia University in 1999. He worked as a lawyer at Azerigazbank OJSC, as a court supervisor at the Economic Court from 2000 to 2004, as a member of the Audit Committee of Azerigazbank OJSC from 2004 to 2009, and as a deputy’s aide at the Office of the Milli Majlis from 2009 to 2010.
From 2010 to 2015, he served as a judge of the Nizami District Court of Baku, and from 2015 he worked as a judge of the Sabunchu District Court of Baku.
He was appointed Chairperson of the Sumgayit Administrative Court by Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 6, 2025.
