Rashad Rafiq oglu Mustafayev

Rashad Rafiq oglu Mustafayev graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 1994. In 1997–1998, he worked as an acting leading specialist in the Editorial Group of the Collection of Laws of the Ministry of Justice; in 1998–2006, as a senior specialist in the Department of Legislation and Legal Advocacy; in 2006–2008, as a senior adviser in the Department of Economic Regulatory Acts of the Main Department of Legislation; and in 2008–2010, as head of that department.

In 2010–2017, he was a judge of the Garadagh District Court of Baku, and from 2017 he served as Chairman of the Pirallahi District Court of Baku.

By Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 6 May 2025, he was appointed Chairman of the Sumgayit City Court.
