Khayal Ajdar oglu Sariyev

Khayal Ajdar oglu Sariyev graduated from the Faculty of Law of Azerbaijan International University in 2005. From 1997 to 2007, he worked as a court session secretary at the Azizbeyov (currently Khazar) District Court of Baku City, and from 2007 to 2008, as an adviser and court session secretary at the Surakhani District Court of Baku City.

From 2008 to 2017, he was a judge of the Nizami District Court of Baku City, and since 2017, he has been a judge of the Baku Court of Appeal. By a decision of the Milli Majlis dated 11 April 2025, he was dismissed from the position of judge of the Baku Court of Appeal in connection with his transfer to another position.

By an Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 15 April 2025, he was appointed judge and chairman of the Garadagh District Court of Baku City.
