Biography
Abbas Ahad oglu Rzayev graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 1997. From 1999 to 2005, he worked as a lawyer at the "Ilandag SA" firm, and from 2005 to 2007, as an advocate at Legal Advice Office No. 5. Since 1999, he has taught at the Faculty of International Law and International Relations of Baku State University.
From 2007 to 2012, he served as a judge of the Yasamal District Court of Baku City, and since 2012, as a judge of the Binagadi District Court of Baku City.
By Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 15, 2025, he was dismissed from the position of judge of the Binagadi District Court and appointed judge and chairman of the Khazar District Court of Baku City.
