Namidar Aloysat oglu Misirzade

Namidar Aloysat oglu Misirzade graduated from the Faculty of International Law of Baku State University in 2001 and from its Faculty of Law in 2011. He worked as a courier and consultant–court session secretary at the Yasamal and Sabail District Courts of Baku, as a consultant–court session secretary at the Sabunchu District Court in 2007–2008, as an assistant judge at the Baku Court of Appeal in 2008–2010, and as a leading specialist in the litigation department of the Legal Department of Bank VTB OJSC in 2010–2013.

Since 2013, he has served as a judge of the Khatai District Court of Baku.

By Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 6 May 2025, he was appointed Chairman of the Shirvan Commercial Court.
