Biography
Fikrat Jilingir oglu Huseynov graduated from the Azerbaijan International University in 2001 and from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 2008. From 2001 to 2006, he worked as head of the chancery, adviser and senior adviser at the Sabail District Court of Baku, as a lawyer at the Ministry of Emergency Situations from 2007 to 2008, and as head of the chancery at the Sabail District Prosecutor's Office of Baku from 2008 to 2010.
From 2010 to 2014, he served as a judge of the Goygol District Court, and from 2014 he served as a judge of the Ganja Administrative-Economic Court.
By Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 26 May 2026, he was appointed Chairman of the Administrative Chamber of the Shirvan Court of Appeal.
