Elchin Shirin oglu Huseynov

Elchin Shirin oglu Huseynov graduated from the Faculty of Law of Azerbaijan State University in 1990. From 1990 to 1993, he worked as an advocate at the Sheki District Legal Advice Office; from 1993 to 2001, as head of the Legal Department of the Qakh District Executive Authority; in 2001, as a legal adviser at the Qakh District Tax Department; and from 2001 to 2007, as an adviser at the Zagatala District Court.

From 2007 to 2012, he was a judge of the Zagatala District Court; from 2012 to 2018, a judge of the Sheki Court of Appeal; and from 2018 to 2020, Chairperson of the Military Chamber of the same court. Since 2020, he has been Chairperson of the Commercial Chamber of the Sheki Court of Appeal.

He was reappointed to this position by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 6 May 2025.
