Biography
Anar Eldar oglu Mansurov was born in Baku in 1986.
He began his career at the International Bank of Azerbaijan in 2005 and held various positions in the bank's Financial Management Department from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, he served as Director of the Financial Management Department of AzeriCard LLC. From June 2019 to August 2022, he worked as Head of the Finance Department at AzerGold CJSC, and from 2019 to 2022 he was also an independent member of the Board of Directors of AzRe Reinsurance OJSC.
From August 2022 to February 2025, he served as Director of the Central Bank's Financial Management Department. Since February 3, 2025, he has been Director General of the Central Bank. He is married and has two children.
