At least 10 US military transport aircraft landed at the Ovda and Nevatim air bases in southern Israel over the past 24 hours.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that Israel’s state broadcaster KAN gave the information.
According to the report, some of the aircraft took off from Fort Bliss, one of the US military’s air defense centers in Texas. The deliveries are reportedly intended to replenish Israel’s military stocks and provide additional air defense batteries, such as Patriot systems.
KAN also claimed that the US air bridge operation in recent hours has included transport aircraft landing at bases in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The Wall Street Journal previously reported that US President Donald Trump had received a special briefing from Central Command (CENTCOM) chief Brad Cooper on possible military strike options against Iran.
