The 19-year-old sat down on the pitch after colliding with Aurelien Tchouameni and asked to be substituted. Alejandro Balde came on for Espart in the 30th minute.
A product of Barcelona’s youth academy, Espart has made eight appearances for the club this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists.
