An administrative protocol has been drawn up concerning Vugar Zeynalov, head of the Sabail District Executive Authority.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports, citing xitab24.az, that a protocol under Article 528.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences was drawn up against the district executive head and referred to court.
During the hearing, it was established that a second administrative offence protocol under the same article had also been drawn up against the head of the Sabail District Executive Authority over an incident that occurred at the same time. That case had been referred to court and was already under review. The court ruled that the current case should be joined with the other case pending before it.
Article 528.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences concerns failure to comply with the demands of an enforcement officer in connection with the execution of court and other authorities’ decisions. It is not yet known which lawful demand Vugar Zeynalov allegedly failed to meet.
Officials who violate this article face fines ranging from 1,200 to 2,500 manats.
Zeynalov has headed the Sabail District Executive Authority since 2018.
