The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the “Procedure for determining the Azerbaijani origin of non-oil and gas goods when paying export and domestic transportation support.”
Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed the decision, Operative Information Center-OMM reports.
The decision takes effect on September 1, 2026, and applies to exports and domestic transportation carried out through September 30, 2036. It remains in force until December 31, 2036.
The procedure was prepared in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 681, dated June 9, 2026, “On additional measures to stimulate exports of non-oil and gas goods and support transportation costs.” The terms used in the procedure have the meanings established by Azerbaijan’s normative legal acts.
