Samira Fakhraddin gizi Musayeva

Samira Fakhraddin gizi Musayeva was born in Baku on December 4, 1985.

In 2007, she worked as a senior specialist in the office of the Baku Court of Appeal. From 2007 to 2010, she worked as a legal adviser and senior legal adviser in the Registration Department of the State Registration of Commercial Legal Entities Division of the Baku City Taxes Department of the Ministry of Taxes; from 2010 to 2011, she served as Deputy Head of the Legal Support Division. From 2011 to 2016, she successively served as Head of the Legal Support Division, the Legal Division and the Main Legal Department.

From 2016 to 2020, she worked as Head of the Main Department of Tax Policy and Strategic Research of the Ministry of Taxes, Director General of the Department of Tax Policy and Strategic Research, and Head of the Main Department of Tax Policy. By an Order of the President dated May 13, 2020, she was appointed Deputy Head of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

She is a 3rd-rank state tax service adviser. On February 10, 2012, she was awarded the medal “For distinction in civil service,” and on February 9, 2019, the 3rd-rank medal “For distinction in service in tax authorities.” She is married and has two children.
