Hasil Vasif oglu Abbasov

Hasil Abbasov was born in 1985.

In 2012–2014, he worked on joint projects with the World Bank, and in 2014–2019, he held various positions in the private sector. Since 2019, he has worked as head of a department at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, director of the ASAN Innovative Development Center, and Deputy Chair of the Board of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Issues. Since October 2024, he has served as Deputy Chair of the Board of the State Employment Agency.

On 8 January 2026, he was appointed Chair of the Board of the State Employment Agency by order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
