Biography
Ilgar Bayramli was born on 28 March 1975 in Baku.
He began his career as a teacher at the Azerbaijan Higher Military School and later became a senior teacher. He worked as head of the Finance Department at Neftchi PFC LLC, director of Alyans Tekstil LLC, deputy finance director and director of Capital Motors LLC, adviser to the director on financial matters at Temiz qaz OJSC, and head of the Finance Department and First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at AZGRANATA LLC in the Agsu District.
From 2022 to 2025, he was initially deputy head and subsequently head of the Economic Affairs of Education Department at the Ministry of Science and Education. From September to December 2025, he served as acting Chairman of the Management Board of the Education Development Fund. In December 2025, he was appointed Director of the State Agency for Vocational Education by order of the Minister of Science and Education.
