Biography
Ramin Rzayev was born in 1977.
In 2003–2018, he worked as Head of the Legal Department and Chairman of the Inspection Department at “Mərkəzi Klinika” LLC under the Special Medical Service of the President. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan and has practised as a lawyer. In 2019–2021, he served as Director of “Azeract Consulting” LLC.
Since July 2021, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the State Agency for Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, and since April 2025, he has been Chairman of the Management Board of that agency. In 2026, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of the State Agency for Medical Insurance and Expertise, the legal successor to that agency and the State Agency for Mandatory Health Insurance. He is married.
