Zaka Agil oglu Mirzayev

Zaka Mirzayev was born in 1978.

In 2000, he worked as a legal adviser in the private sector; in 2003–2004, he served in the military. From 2005, he worked at the Ministry of Finance as a chief adviser, head of a sector and deputy head; from 2018, he held the position of department head at the State Social Protection Fund. Since 2020, he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Fund’s Board.

On 16 April 2025, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund by order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
