Rainy weather conditions and strong winds have been observed across various regions of Azerbaijan as of the morning of February 3. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service, precipitation was recorded in several territories starting from 10:00 AM.

The highest rainfall levels were documented in Saribash (Gakh) at 4 mm, followed by Shahbuz and Sadarak at 3 mm, and Kishchay (Sheki) at 2 mm. Minor precipitation of approximately 1 mm was also reported in Nakhchivan, Sharur, Gadabay, Shamkir, Balakan, Zagatala, Shahdag, and Oguz. Concurrently, western winds have intensified in several districts, with maximum speeds reaching 25 m/s in Kalbajar, 20 m/s in Shahdag, 18 m/s in Gobustan, and up to 15 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.

The National Hydrometeorological Service, which operates under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, monitors these atmospheric changes to provide essential data for the country's agricultural, transport, and energy sectors. Azerbaijan's diverse geography, spanning from the high peaks of the Greater Caucasus to the low-lying Aran regions, often results in significant climatic variations. Currently, temperatures remain relatively mild, with 12°C recorded in Baku, 10°C in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 16°C in the Aran regions, and up to 14°C in the mountainous areas.
