The location of a mass brawl in Baku has been identified.
"Operativ Information Center-OMM" reports, citing Oxu.az, that the incident took place in a private room on the second floor of the Ab Hava restaurant at 36 General Shikhlinski Street in the capital’s Khatai district.
Five people had been sitting in the room, drinking tea and smoking hookah before the incident. A short time later, four more people entered and an argument broke out. During the altercation, one person was stabbed in the room. The fight then continued in the restaurant foyer.
According to the report, a man named Jeyhun, who was later killed, ran into the foyer after stabbing someone.
The others followed him and caught up with him in the foyer. Jeyhun was killed at the scene.

"Operative Information Center-OMM" reports, citing Oxu.az, that one of those involved was the son of MP Arzuhan Alizada.
A. Alizada has two sons, Ahmed and Orkhan. Orkhan Alizada is a judge at the Khatai District Court. Ahmed is described as having criminal connections.
Ahmed Alizada surrendered to police after the incident. He is known in criminal circles as “Yeraz Ahmed.”
The Ministry of Internal Affairs’ press service said police had identified and detained nine people involved in the incident. Operational and investigative measures are continuing.
