Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal has matched Kylian Mbappe’s Champions League record, scoring 13 goals in the competition by the age of 19. This is the highest tally among teenage players. Eurofoot reported the achievement on social media platform X.
Yamal scored away against Paris Saint-Germain in the third round of the 2026/2027 league phase. The match ended in a 4-2 victory for the Paris side. Doue scored for PSG in the 38th minute, Hernandez in the 72nd, Vitinha in the 81st and Ruiz in the 86th. Barcelona’s goals came from Espart in the 55th minute and Yamal in the 79th.
Yamal has scored twice and provided four assists in the current Champions League season. Barcelona will play Aston Villa at home in its next match on November 3.
