Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who is visiting Ankara to attend the 13th summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

Erdoğan formally welcomed the Uzbek leader at the entrance to the Presidential Complex. After posing for a commemorative photo in front of the two countries’ national flags, the leaders held a one-on-one meeting.
A signing ceremony for bilateral agreements between Türkiye and Uzbekistan covering various fields is expected to take place after the talks.
