Train services from Baku Metro’s Hazi Aslanov station toward Icherisheher have been restored as of today.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that trains are now running regularly along the Hazi Aslanov–Icherisheher line. Under the previous restriction, trains ran from Hazi Aslanov to Ahmadli station before turning back.
Major repairs and reconstruction work were carried out on the dead-end track at Hazi Aslanov station. Train services had been restricted during the work.
As part of the reconstruction, the dead-end track infrastructure was upgraded and the tracks were extended to accommodate six-car trains.
