A law signed by President Ilham Aliyev expands international cooperation in criminal cases and updates legal assistance procedures.
The Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters has been approved.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed the law approving the protocol.
Under the document, the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters, dated November 8, 2001, was approved with Azerbaijan’s relevant reservation and declarations.
