Biography
Ilgar Tapdig oglu Gulmammadov was born in 1972 in Baku.
He began his career in 1996 as Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs at Repair and Construction Trust No. 9, and until 2009 worked as deputy director for commercial and financial affairs at various organizations. For the next five years, he served as Director of Favorit LLC. From 2014, he was Chief Coordinator for Loans for the Integrated Rural Development Project, implemented jointly with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), at the State Service for Management of Agricultural Projects and Credits under the Ministry of Agriculture. From 2018, he served as Head of the Audit Department at the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Ministry of Economy.
On November 19, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan by order of the President.
Education
In 1994, he graduated from the Faculty of Management of Material Resources at Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a degree in economics. He is a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of General Economics at Western Caspian University.
