Fuad Humbat oglu Nagiyev

Fuad Humbat oglu Nagiyev was born on 22 July 1975 in Baku. From 1992 to 1997, he studied at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University. From 1997 to 2000, he completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences; he is a Candidate of Law. In 1998, he studied human rights law at the University of Birmingham.

From 2004 to 2006, he worked as a service and department manager at "Airport Gate Business Aviation", and subsequently held director positions at construction companies. From 2010 to 2014, he was Chief Legal Adviser at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and from 2014 to 2017, he was an aide to the Minister. In February 2017, he was appointed Director of the National Bureau for Tourism Promotion.

On 23 April 2018, he was appointed Chairman of the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
