Biography
Goshgar Ilahi oglu Tahmazli studied at the Faculty of Political Science of Western University from 1994 to 1996 and obtained a master's degree.
He participated in combat operations in Karabakh and is a war veteran. In 2012, at a presentation of the European Business Assembly held in Vienna, he was awarded the "Best Top Manager" prize in the medicine, cosmetology and laboratories category.
On December 25, 2017, he was appointed Chairman of the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan by an Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
