Undefeated Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk, a former undisputed world champion in two weight classes, praised Cristiano Ronaldo’s performance in Al-Nassr’s 5-3 win over Al-Kholood in the 12th round of the Saudi Pro League.
“An incredible game, an incredible game. Cristiano is an alien,” Usyk said in an interview with Al-Nassr’s press service.
In the match on October 29, Ronaldo scored in the 66th, 72nd and 81st minutes to complete a hat-trick. Al-Nassr’s other goals came from Angelo and Sadio Mane. Domingues scored twice for Al-Kholood, while Essomba added one goal.
Ronaldo’s third goal against Al-Kholood was the 985th of his career. The 41-year-old forward has scored 146 times for Portugal and 839 times at club level.
With 28 points from 11 Pro League matches, Al-Nassr sit second in the standings. The Riyadh side will face Al-Hazm on November 6 in the 13th round.
