Azerbaijani MMA fighter Tural Rahimov will compete at the ACA 209 tournament, scheduled to take place in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, on October 30.
The 38-year-old’s opponent will be Nashkho Galaev, who represents Russia. Their bout in the featherweight division, with a limit of 65.8 kg, is part of the preliminary card.
Rahimov has 22 wins and 10 losses in his professional career. His 34-year-old opponent has recorded 13 wins and 10 losses.
Rahimov has previously competed at events organized by Japan’s Rizin promotion, including a tournament held in Baku. He has also fought at ACA events.
ACA 209 will mark the organization’s return to Tajikistan after an 11-year break. A total of 17 bouts are scheduled for the tournament.
The main event will see Tajikistan’s Faridun Odilov face Russia’s Artem Frolov in the middleweight division.
