An official at a hospital in Ujar district has been accused of large-scale embezzlement.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that Qudrat Garayev, head of the pharmacy department at Ujar Central District Hospital, has been charged under Article 179.3.2 of the Criminal Code, which covers embezzlement on a large scale.
The department head is accused of misappropriating up to 100,000 manats. A court ordered his pretrial detention.
TABIB has been recognized as the injured party in the case, APA reported.
