Strong winds are expected in Azerbaijan on November 7. The National Hydrometeorology Service has issued yellow and orange warnings for the windy conditions, Operative Information Center-OMM reports.
Under the orange warning, westerly winds are expected in Mingachevir, Naftalan, Goranboy, Dashkasan and Aghstafa, with speeds reaching 20.8-28.4 m/s.
Under the yellow warning, westerly winds are expected in Kalbajar, Lachin, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan, Khizi, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Neftchala, Salyan, Gabala, Ismayilli, Goychay, Ujar, Aghdash, Aghsu, Kurdamir, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Lerik, Yardimli, Gazakh, Tovuz, Shamkir, Ganja, Samukh, Goygol, Gadabay, Shirvan, Yevlakh, Tartar, Aghdam and Barda, with speeds of 13.9-20.7 m/s.
