What does the platform offer?
- Listings on a map and real-time traffic: Users can view listings across Baku and the regions on a map, as well as check actual road and traffic conditions in those areas at different times of the day with a single tap.
- Artificial intelligence (AI) analytics: Algorithms compare a property’s location, access to infrastructure, price trends and traffic congestion during peak hours to calculate its “real cost of living.”
- Market prices and budget analysis: Before choosing an apartment, buyers can immediately see whether its asking price is in line with the market average and estimate travel times to work or educational institutions.
