The three-day final stage of the 6th "Yukselish" competition concluded on July 19.

Finalists completed a case study titled "New Influence Power: Azerbaijan" under the observation of the Organizing Committee and mentors. Participants presented their solutions and addressed questions from the mentors, after which their performance was evaluated by the leadership.
The case study focused on Azerbaijan's strengthening statehood, growing international prestige, and its emergence as a new regional center of influence, driven by the visionary and consistent policies of President Ilham Aliyev. Participants developed strategies to further enhance the country's potential and expand its strategic influence.
The names of the winners of the 6th "Yukselish" competition will be announced within 5-7 working days. The competition, established by President Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019, aims to identify and support talented managers. Winners receive a 20,000 manat cash prize and a one-year mentorship program with top executives.
