Bahadur Rzayev has been appointed as the Deputy Executive Director of the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB).
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the official announcement was released by TABIB. Prior to this new appointment, Rzayev served as an advisor to the Executive Director of the organization.
Rzayev is recognized as a finalist in the national "Yukselish" (Ascent) competition, a platform designed to identify and support promising management talent in Azerbaijan. His academic background includes a bachelor's degree in management from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a master's degree in organizational management from Istanbul University. Furthermore, he completed his studies in "Health Policy and Management" at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom as a top graduate under the 2022-2028 State Program.
Before joining TABIB, Rzayev held significant positions at the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. During his tenure there, he led various departments, focusing on the organization of rehabilitation services, quality control, and service management, eventually serving as an advisor to the Chairman of the Board.
TABIB, established in 2018, plays a critical role in the healthcare system of Azerbaijan, managing medical facilities across the country and overseeing the implementation of mandatory health insurance reforms.
