Biography
Hokuma Chingiz gizi Babayeva studied at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University. From 2002 to 2007, she worked as a typist-operator and consultant–court hearing secretary at the Narimanov District Court of Baku, and from 2007 to 2013 as a consultant–court hearing secretary and assistant to a judge at the Nasimi District Court of Baku.
From 2013 to 2018, she was a judge at the Baku Administrative-Economic Court No. 2; since 2018, she has been a judge of the Sumgayit Court of Appeal.
By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 6, 2025, she was appointed Chair of the Administrative Chamber of the Sumgayit Court of Appeal.
