The United States military has announced that a decisive response will be issued to any country assisting Iran in military operations against the US.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing foreign media, that the statement was made by US General Alexus Grynkewich during hearings held in the Senate on March 12.
\“I believe we must respond decisively to anyone who puts American service members at risk in any way. I am confident that a resolute response will be given to anyone helping the Iranians target US forces,\” the commander stated during the session.
General Grynkewich also noted that the vast majority of European countries actively support US operations concerning Iran. According to the general, these nations provide assistance by allowing overflights through their airspace, granting access to military bases, and offering other forms of logistical and strategic support.
This warning comes amid heightened regional tensions and a series of proxy attacks against US interests in the Middle East. Under the administration of US President Donald Trump, Washington has maintained a policy of maximum pressure and deterrence against Tehran's regional influence. The Pentagon continues to monitor foreign military cooperation with Iran, emphasizing that providing infrastructure or intelligence to Iranian-backed groups constitutes a direct threat to international security and American personnel stationed abroad.
