Ukraine attack sparks fire at Ozon warehouse in Russia

A fire broke out at the logistics center of Russian online retailer Ozon after Ukrainian drones attacked the city of Saratov in southwestern Russia overnight.

The company said on Telegram that nobody was killed or injured in the incident. Saratov Region Governor Roman Busargin said the drone attack had damaged civilian infrastructure, but there were no reports of casualties.

Independent Russian outlet ASTRA, citing an analysis of videos, reported that a fire also broke out at an oil refinery owned by state energy company Rosneft in Saratov. The report has not been confirmed by official authorities.

In Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, two people were injured in Russian airstrikes early Friday. According to the city authorities, the attack caused a fire in a nine-story residential building.

Residents had been warned about a possible drone attack before the incident and urged to move to shelters.
