Power cuts in parts of Baku on October 22

Repair, inspection and testing work will be carried out on October 22 at several transformer substations in the service areas of the Yasamal and Binagadi District Energy Supply and Sales Departments to improve electricity supply quality and meet rising demand.

Azerishig OJSC said this, Operative Information Center-OMM reports.

In Yasamal, electricity supply will be restricted from 10:00 to 13:00 on Hasan bey Zardabi, Khidir Mustafayev, Mahammad Nakhchivani, Mirza Fatali Akhundzade and Zaur Karimov streets, as well as part of Tbilisi Avenue.

In Binagadi, brief power interruptions are expected from 09:00 to 14:00 on Mir Jalal Street in the 9th microdistrict and on some parts of Ibrahim Sadigli, Ilgar Jumshudov and Sirab streets in the 6th microdistrict.

After the maintenance work is completed, consumers in these areas will receive a higher-quality and more reliable electricity supply.
