Iran’s commander-in-chief of the armed forces, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, has ordered an immediate and effective response to any potential threats from the enemy, regardless of their geographic location.
Khamenei’s meeting with senior commanders of the Islamic Republic’s armed forces was reported by Iranian media, Operative Information Center-OMM reports.
Khamenei also ordered the strengthening of military intelligence, development of the domestic defense industry in both doctrinal and tactical terms, expansion of modern defense and strike capabilities using the latest technologies, and steps to boost personnel morale and meet their material needs.
In addition, the commander-in-chief ordered an update to the list of targets. The revised list is to keep various tangible and intangible U.S. and Israeli assets within range of Iran’s armed forces.
