Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva met with World Tourism Organization Secretary-General Shaikha Al Nowais on October 27.
The guest shared her impressions of Baku’s striking architecture and the Victory Museum, Operative Information Center-OMM reports.
The sides positively assessed the effective cooperation between Azerbaijan and the World Tourism Organization.
They also noted the special attention and support given at the state level to the development of Azerbaijan’s tourism sector, as well as the creation of modern tourism infrastructure in the capital and regions.
The meeting also included an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest.
