Neftchi player Gustavo Klinsmann has been named the latest winner of the Azerbaijan Premier League’s “Goal of the Month” award.
Klinsmann received the award for his acrobatic goal in the 80th minute of the match between Imishli and Neftchi. The goal was selected as the best of the month.
After failing to make a strong impression in his first games following his transfer to the Azerbaijan Premier League, the player has gradually become one of his team’s key figures.
The “Goal of the Month” project rewards players who score the most eye-catching goals in the Azerbaijan Premier League.
