Jadon Sancho may have to cut wages to join Getafe

Former Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho would have to significantly lower his financial demands if he decides to join Getafe as a free agent, The Telegraph reported.

The Spanish club are prepared to pay the player about £10,000 a week (around €12,000). Sancho earned £250,000 (around €300,000) over the same period at Manchester United.

Sancho has not ruled out a possible move to Getafe. However, he wants to discuss the matter first with the team’s head coach, Jose Bordalas.

The 26-year-old previously played for Aston Villa on loan from Manchester United.
