Alessandro Albanese scored for the hosts in the ninth minute, Daniel Adyessa in the 41st and Ildi Gruda in the 86th. Daniel Peres scored for Vllaznia in the 59th minute.
Aliyev was named among the substitutes but did not come on.
The victory took Egnatia to 18 points and second place in the standings.
