Suspects in a car arson case in the Masazir settlement of Absheron district were detained on October 10.
Operative Information Center-OMM, citing Qafqazinfo, reports that the suspects, accused of deliberately damaging another person’s property, were detained by the State Security Service (SSS).
The suspects have been charged under relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and a court ordered their pretrial detention.
Preliminary investigative actions are under way, and evidence is being collected.
The deliberate fire damaged the combustible parts of Mercedes, Lada and Hyundai passenger cars, while a Renault passenger car was partially burned.
The rear light of a Baic passenger car was partially melted by the heat.
