Six years ago, the territorial integrity of our homeland was restored and historical justice prevailed under the decisive leadership of President and Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev and through the heroism of Azerbaijan’s valiant army.
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov shared the statement on his account on the social network “X,” Operative Information Center-OMM reports.
He said the great victory embodies the unity of the Azerbaijani people, their national will and their unwavering determination to uphold statehood:
“We remember with deep respect the dear memory of our martyrs, who gave their lives for the homeland and whose names are forever etched in our glorious history, and bow before the heroism and sacrifice of our veterans and war participants. Happy Victory Day!”
